No Returns or Refunds

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect, damage, incorrect item, or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, significantly different from the product description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at nuvorame12@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review your request and determine the appropriate solution.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will process a full refund for the affected order or item to your original payment method. Depending on the circumstances, we may also offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Order Issues and Fulfillment Errors

If your order has a significant fulfillment issue, such as receiving the wrong product or an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or resolution, we will issue a full refund for the affected order or item.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, we will process the full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund. After the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
